It sometimes happens that you want to extend the validity of a current credit pack. This is possible for both a current product and one that has expired.
To change the validity period, follow these steps:
- Go to the Client's profile
- Click on the Products tab
- Click on the options button (3 dots) for the credit pack
- Click Edit valid until
You can then adjust the validity period of the credit pack.
Please note: if you change the validity of a credit pack in the Products module, the validity only applies to newly purchased credit packs!
