When the client has issued a mandate and the membership fees are collected automatically via SEPA (direct debit), you can easily change the client's account number and holder.
To change the client's account number and account holder, follow these steps:
- Go to the Client's profile
- At the Details tab, scroll to Bank & payment details
- Click on change at Mandate
- Enter the new account number and specify the account holder
Then click on Save and the changes will take effect immediately.
