You have the option to configure your Shop. For instance, you can rank products, so that you can determine the order of the products in the Shop. You can also create categories that are visible in the Shop. You can also set the shop’s preferences using labels.
To set the Shop preferences, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Under PREFERENCES, click on Shop
You can determine which products are visible in the Shop. Click here if you want to know how to do that.
To view the Shop via the company portal, follow these steps:
- Go to Products
- Click More
- Click View Shop
You will then go to the Shop where you can view which products you offer, for example credit packs or memberships. Your clients will see this in the app.
