Create family accounts

How can I or a customer create a family account?

Before you or a customer can create a family account, it is important to activate family accounts first. You can only activate family accounts if you have a Pro account and you can do so via the following steps:

  1. Go to Account

  2. Click the Settings tab

  3. Scroll to Preferences and then the Customers heading

  4. Select 'Optional' or 'Mandatory' and Activate family accounts

Create or change family account as a customer

When family accounts are activated, it is possible for a customer to buy a product or make a booking for a family member, for example a son or daughter. A customer can go through Profile add and edit family members.

If it obliged is, then a customer will always have to provide a family member. This is ideal, for example, for youth associations or companies that only organize activities for children.


Create or change family account as a company

You can easily add a family member to a customer by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Customer's profile

  2. Click Details tab (default view)

  3. Go to field Relatives

  4. Click Add Family Member

If you want to change a family member, you can click behind the change icon of a family member.


Please note: when family members are added to an account, they will not receive a separate account with which they can log in. If you do want this, you can create a separate customer account.
