You can have personalized emails sent automatically based on certain "triggers" in the system. Below you can read about the different options around follow-up emails and settings.
Trail session
Set up an automatic follow-up email after a customer has taken a trial class or had the last trial class. The follow-up email will be sent at 12:00 the next day.
If a customer has a trial product with multiple rides, a message will be sent once the last booking of the trial rides card has been made.
No recent booking
Set up an automatic follow-up e-mail when a customer with an active product has not made a booking for some time.
You can set here how many weeks a customer has not been there (= no booking) before the customer receives an e-mail which you can set up yourself.
Credits almost consumed
Set up an automatic follow-up e-mail when the number of credits for a credit pack is almost consumed. This e-mail only applies to credit packs that can be purchased in the Shop.
With this e-mail, you can specify at how many credits remain the message is sent.
Credit pack expires
Set up an automatic follow-up email when a credit pack is about to expire. This e-mail only applies to credit packs cards that can be purchased in the Shop.
For this mail, you can set the number of weeks before the product expires before the message is sent.
Membership ends
Set up an automatic follow-up email when a subscription/membership is about to end. This email applies only to subscriptions that can be purchased in the Shop.

Birthday email
Set up an automatic birthday email. If activated, it will check every morning at 8 a.m. to see if a customer has a birthday. The birthday email is sent only to customers with an active product or to customers who have made a booking in the past 6 months.
