You can create a gift card in the Pro package via Products > Retail/bar > + New item. Choose the option Gift card.
When creating a gift card, you can specify the product for which the gift card can be used (redeemed). You can also add extra information (e.g. instructions on how to redeem the gift card) and choose how you want to sell the gift card at what rate.
After purchasing the gift card, the customer receives the code via email which is linked to the specific product. The customer can write down this code and give it as a gift, for example! The code can be entered on the checkout page of the specific product via Add Discount Code.
In addition, as a company you can see an overview of all gift cards sold through Finance and you can see the status per gift card in the overview Marketing > Promo codes > Filter on Gift card codes
