When you want to give new or existing client a product, such as a single lesson or ride card, you can give the product at a discount or even for free via + button and then Assign product (credits).
By default, the rate of the product is set to the rate you specified. By entering a different amount, you can adjust the rate and easily give a client a discount.
To give a free product to someone, you can change the rate to "0" or turn off payment at “Payment?”. In this case, no invoice will be created if automatic invoicing is set up.
Choose the option "No payment required (free product)" under Payment. In this case, no invoice will be created if automatic invoicing is set up.
