If you have set up a private activity that allows your clients or members to book or request a session (via Booking options), you can show your availability based on flexible times or fixed times.
To set flexible or fixed times, follow these steps:
- Go to Activities
- Click on options (3 dots) > Edit at the relevant activity or on the image
- Scrol lto Booking settings
You can then indicate in the "Available time slots" field whether you want to show flexible or fixed time slots when clients or members want to book or request a session (via Scheduling in the client app or portal).
- Flexible time slots: In case of flexible time slots, clients or members can choose time slots every 5/10/15/30/60 minutes (depending on company setting, see below). For example, if you are available from 9 am and you can choose times per 15 minutes, the following times can be selected: 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, etc. Ideal for when you are very flexible.
