To create a temporary or ongoing series or recurring schedule, follow these steps:
Desktop
- Go to Calendar
- Click on a time slot in day or week view or on the day in month view
- In the window that opens, select the activity and optionally location or trainer
- At Repeat, select "Every week" or "Every 2/3/4 weeks"
Mobile / Tablet
- Go to Calendar
- Press and hold a time slot in day or week view or a day in month view
- In the window that opens, select the activity and optionally location or trainer
- At Repeat, select "Every week" or "Every 2/3/4 weeks"
If you want to create a series or recurring schedule you have several options:
- Date & time: this is the date and time of the first session (e.g. training, lesson or course), from this moment the series or planning starts.
- Repeat: In case of a series you want the session to recur temporarily or continuously. With repeat you can indicate when you want the sessions to return. 'Every week' means that sessions return weekly, in addition you can indicate whether you want sessions to return every 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
- Repeat until: Specify when the series ends based on the number of sessions or end date, or specify that the sequence continues indefinitely.
You can then easily change a single session or the sessions series: e.g. time, location and/or trainer.
