ClassPass integration

You have the option to integrate Trainin with ClassPass. With ClassPass, you can fill empty spots and earn additional revenue.

Follow these steps if you wish to activate the ClassPass integration:

  1. Send an email to support@trainin.com indicating that you would like to link ClassPass.
  2. Once we have activated the integration, you will see the option to activate the link through My Company > Integrations > ClassPass. Toggle the switch to activate it.
  3. Next, go to My Company > Locations to activate the ClassPass locations under Marketplace (at the bottom). Note: you can leave the Venue ID field empty.
  4. Afterward, you can configure each activity in Trainin to be bookable via ClassPass. You can do this by going to My Company > Activities > Activity > Booking Settings > More Booking Settings. You can set ClassPass spots for each activity. Additionally, you can optimize the number of spots per session or series.
  5. Once the locations and activities are correctly set up in Trainin, you can find a Partner ID and one or more Venue IDs under My Company > Integrations > ClassPass. You will need to share this Partner ID and Venue IDs with ClassPass via launch@classpass.com.


Important to mention:

  • Booking settings such as "Bookable until," "Book in advance until," or cancellation policies can be configured in ClassPass. These settings are not carried over from the activity.
  • Each location has its own venue ID; however, the same venue ID can be assigned to different locations (in this case, please contact Trainin).
  • Changes in Trainin are immediately communicated. However, please be aware that there may be a delay of a few minutes before the changes are visible in ClassPass.
