Terminating membership

To terminate a membership, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to the  Client’s profile 
  2. Click the Products tab 
  3. Click on the product’s options button (3 dots) 
  4. Click on End

You can then terminate the membership in 3 different ways: 

  1. Based on contract duration and notice period (default setting) 
  2. Manually specify an end date  
  3. Terminate directly 

Any scheduled payments scheduled after the end date will be automatically deleted. 

Furthermore, you can set whether you want future bookings to be cancelled or "opened" again. In the latter case, you can reconfirm the bookings using credits from another product, e.g. a membership or credit pack.
