Enabling and disabling client email notifications

To indicate which email notifications your clients will receive by default, follow these steps: 

  1. Click on your  Name 
  2. Click  Settings and go to Email
  3. Scroll to  Client notifications 
  4. Select which notifications you want to send to clients 

You also have the option to completely disable certain notifications and its setting. If you select this option for a notification, then not only the notification will not show, but also the setting to enable or disable that particular notification will not be visible for your clients. 

Finally, you can set for each client which notifications they want or do not want to receive. You can do this at  Clients > Click on the client > Communication preferences
