How can I set an activity so that a client can make a booking for multiple people?
When you create a new activity, you can enable booking for multiple people under Booking settings > More options, in the field "Multiple persons?". This comes in handy if a credit pack or single session has been purchased. With this setting enabled, a client can now make a booking for several people.
Furthermore, you can always change this activity setting afterwards:
- Go to Activities
- Click on Edit of the relevant activity
- Click More options (under Booking settings)
- Go to field "Multiple persons?"
Please note: this setting does not apply when a client has a subscription. A subscription or pass is always personal.
Furthermore, this setting cannot be used when a client has a family account (multiple family members covered by one account). In this case, you or the customer can make a separate booking for each family member and the booking will be made with the product the family member owns.
How can a customer book for multiple people?
When the customer is logged in and goes to Planning on desktop then the customer can directly select the number of people and make a booking.
When the customer is logged into the app on mobile and goes to Planning they will always have to click on the session, for example lesson or training, after which they can enter the number of people and make a booking.
