What is a product and what types of products are there?
Products include credit packs/memberships or retail/bar products that you want to sell as a business. You can sell these products via the Shop, via a unique payment link or via the Checkout (in Pro account).
To create a product, follow these steps:
- Go to Products
- Click on + New product
In Trainin, you can create many types of products. Below is an overview of all options:
Product with credits / sessions
With this type of product, a client can make a booking or you can add the client to a training or class. These products are ideal for setting and managing your prices for an activity, e.g. training or class.
You have the option to link a product to multiple activities. In other words, different group lessons or training sessions can be booked with the same credit pack or membership.
There are 4 types:
- Single session (e.g. single lesson or single ticket)
- Credit pack
- Membership
- Day or week pass
Furthermore, you can set registration fees and link them to the above products.
Retail or bar product
You also have the option to sell items, such as clothing or supplements, and drinks or food. You can sell these products in the Shop, but also via the Checkout or a unique payment link.
There are 5 types:
- Retail (e.g. clothing, accessories or supplements)
- Bar (e.g. drinks or food)
- Digital (e.g. online video or training schedule)
- Giftcards
- Video's
