Invoicing client sessions afterwards

If you provide personal training to regular clients, it often happens that you send clients an invoice at the end of each month for the sessions followed in that month. 

Via Trainin, you can easily arrange this! Read below step by step how to set this up. Disclaimer: changes made to to settings may apply to all activities depending on the specific settings! 

1. Creating product: it is important that you create a one-time product (single session) via Products and link this product to the activity for which you want to invoice afterwards. After all, you create an invoice afterwards with X separate sessions. 

2. Settings: scheduling clients without credits: via Settings (at Account) you can configure scheduling a client without credits. This is necessary for invoicing afterwards. PLEASE NOTE: a client can never book a session without credits; you will therefore have to schedule the sessions that you want to invoice afterwards. 

3. Settings: Automatically charge credits when adding a client: since you want to invoice afterwards (and confirm the sessions), you must set the option to MANUALLY charge credits for private activities. 

4. Schedule sessions with the client 

5. After a month, you can create a payment request (+ invoice) per client via Calendar > Options (“More” button) > Outstanding bookings  

6. A payment request is sent and the sessions are confirmed.
