When you create a new activity, you can indicate which cancellation conditions apply in Booking settings under the field "Cancellation policy".
Furthermore, you can always change an activity’s cancellation conditions via the following steps:
- Go to Activities
- Click on options (3 dots) > Edit of the relevant activity or on the image
- Go to Booking Settings
- Go to field "Cancellation policy"
You can choose a specific condition or determine how many hours in advance a participant can cancel their booking or unsubscribe.
Default options
- No restriction: participant can cancel free of charge at any time and then get their credit(s) back. The client can make a new booking with the returned credit(s).
- Super flexible: participant can cancel up to 2 hours in advance and then get their credit(s) back. The client can make a new booking with the returned credit(s). Very suitable for smaller sessions, such as fitness classes.
