Maximum one booking per day per client

If you do not want a client to be able to make unlimited bookings on one day, you have the option to restrict bookings to just one per day per client. This is ideal if you want to prevent clients or members from claiming multiple spots on one day. 


To set this up, follow these steps: 

  1. Click on My company
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Go to Calendar & schedule under Preferences 
  4. Go to the field  Maximum number of bookings per day


Please note: this setting only applies to bookings for group activities, such as group classes and group training, and not for private activities.
