How can I set the minimum group size for an activity? 

In addition to setting the maximum group size or the available places for a group activity, you can set the minimum group size. This is useful if you want a session, e.g. a lesson or training, to be canceled automatically when the minimum group size is not reached.  

You can set the minimum group size for an activity via the following steps: 

  1. Go to Activities 
  2. Click options (3 dots) >  Edit of the relevant group activity 
  3. Scroll to  Booking settings 
  4. Go to field "Set minimum group size" 
  5. Slide the bar to activate the minimum group size.

You then have the following options: 

  • Minimum group size 
  • Indicate the minimum number of participants the session must have for the session to be held
