To create a video or video collection, follow these steps:
- Go to Videos via My Company
- Click on New Video Collection
- Enter a name, for example, "Instructional Video" or "Training Program".
- Click Next.
You will then have the following basic settings:
Description: Provide a description to indicate what customers or members can expect from the video or video collection.
Photo: Upload a nice photo, which will be visible in the video library in the customer app or portal.
Free Access: Indicate whether the video collection can be viewed for free by any customer in the video library.
Next, you can compile your own video collection. When creating a video collection, you can add either a single video or a program with multiple videos, pages, and headers, allowing you to provide an overview and instructions. You can then sell a video collection or make it available for free to your customers, possibly linked to a product.
After creating a video collection, you can choose to sell the video collection as a single purchase or grant access to it through a subscription or a punch card.
