Please note: payments are always automatically planned one period ahead advance, you do not have to do anything for this.
Creating a next payment can be interesting when you want to change or delete payments (far) in the future.
If you want to create a new payment, follow these steps:
- Go to the Client's profile
- Click on the Products tab
- Click on the membership and scroll to Payments
- At the bottom left, click on Schedule next payment
A new payment is then created. The payment date is set automatically based on the previous payment’s end date period (until) and direct debit settings.
If you want to change the payment date or period, you can do so by changing the payment (via options > Change payment).
