Via Reports (under bookings) and Calendar (via the "More" button) you have the option of viewing a list of all individual bookings, and also viewing a booking at a detailed level. This can be very useful for your own analyses or to check certain bookings.
The following overviews are available:
- Trial lessons
- Paid bookings
- Cancellations (with split no refund, and by whom)
- No-shows (participants who showed up)
- Open bookings (bookings still to be paid)
Each overview can be filtered by trainer, location, group or other status filters. You also have the option to download each overview in an Excel or CSV file.
