To sell a video or video collection as a single purchase, you will need to create a product. This product can then be displayed in the Shop or you can send payment requests. When the customer buys the product, they will immediately gain access to the video or video collection. You can also set how long they will have access if needed.
To sell a video or video collection as a product, follow these steps:
- Go to Products via My Company.
- Click on the tab Articles, Bar, Videos & Gift Cards.
- Click on the button New Item or "+" (mobile).
- Select Video under "Product Type".
- Enter a name, for example, "Training Program".
- Click Next.
You will then have the following basic settings:
- Description: Provide a description to indicate what customers or members can expect from the product.
- Video Collection: Indicate which video collection you are selling.
- Category: If categories have been created, you can select a category.
- Access: Optionally, specify how long a customer will have access to the video or video collection.
- Photo: Upload a nice photo, which will be visible in the Shop and the register.
- Price: Specify the price and the VAT rate.
Additionally, there are more advanced options such as inventory, visibility, or email information.
