To cancel a scheduled membership payment, follow these steps:
Via payments
- Go to the Client’s profile
- Click on the Payments tab
- At the payment in question, via options (3 dots), click on Cancel payment
By membership
- Go to the Client’s profile
- Click on the Products tab
- Click on the current membership and scroll to Payments
- At the payment in question, via options (3 dots), click on Cancel payment
PLEASE NOTE: if you want to stop recurring payments in their entirety, you must click on Stop payments. You can do this via the current membership under Payments.
