Cancel scheduled payment

To cancel a scheduled membership payment, follow these steps: 

Via payments 

  1. Go to the  Client’s profile 
  2. Click on the Payments tab 
  3. At the payment in question, via options (3 dots), click on  Cancel payment 

By membership 

  1. Go to the  Client’s profile 
  2. Click on the Products tab 
  3. Click on the current membership and scroll to  Payments 
  4. At the payment in question, via options (3 dots), click on  Cancel payment 

 

PLEASE NOTE: if you want to stop recurring payments in their entirety, you must click on  Stop payments. You can do this via the current membership under Payments.
