If a client has issued an authorisation, for example via Mollie and by signing a SEPA agreement (digitally), you can collect the amount of an invoice directly from this client via SEPA direct debit.
What steps are required for this?
- Create an invoice via Finance, by clicking on + New sale
- Then select “Create invoice”
- Scroll to the Invoice options field
- Select “Set invoice to paid and send manually”
- Click the Create invoice button
How can I check whether the client or member has a mandate?
If you have activated SEPA direct debit (NL) as a payment method, you can see whether the client has a mandate in the client's profile in the “Mandate” field. You can also add a mandate yourself via this field in case it is missing.
