Set up direct debit

Follow these steps to set up direct debit or direct debit:

  • Click on your name in the top right
  • Go to Settings
  • Go to Payment Settings under Payments

You will then see the following field where you can set up direct debit (NL) or direct debit (BE).


Can't set up Direct Debit / Direct Debit?

If you cannot set up direct debit or direct debit, it is because you have not yet activated a SEPA or credit card with Mollie or that you have not yet synchronized the payment methods with Trainin. You can do the latter by clicking on the "Sync with Mollie" button.
